Hello backers.
We hope that you are well and safe in this very uncertain time. It has been a very difficult situation for everyone and we are doing our best as a company to provide updates and information.
Our offices and warehouse are located in New York and due to the current Government mandated orders of a shutdown to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus, we have limited to no access to our physical warehouse. We know that there will be shipping delays and we do apologize as this Coronavirus is out of our control. The good news is that our manufacturing partner in China is back to work and currently making more product. Once we are able to go back to work in our warehouse, we will immediatley begin shipping out perks to all of the backers.
We appreciate you backing our campaign and we ask that you please be patient during this current health crisis of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
We will keep you posted with any new information as it becomes available and thank you again for supporting our campaign.

Hello Backers:
Many companies are projecting significant production setbacks as well as critical links
within their global supply chains either severed or suspended due to the Coronavirus
epidemic. The Chinese government in conjunction with the World Health Organization
and CDC are currently implementing widespread efforts to contain, quarantine and
prevent the spread of the virus on a massive scale.
The safety and well-being of our manufacturing partners and their families is our top
priority. We are thankful and pleased to report that our team based in Guangzhou city is
safe and healthy, as well as our manufacturing partners in the Guangdong province.
Our China team is preparing to resume office work in Guangzhou on Monday, March
2nd, along with all other companies and factories in the Guangdong province, which
have been shut down since the start of the Lunar New Year holiday (Jan. 25 th ).
Preparations and safety measures have been put in place, though there is still
uncertainty over how everything will unfold in the coming weeks.
Unfortunately, this will impact our current shipping schedule to a degree, though it is still
too early to accurately assess/forecast. As you know, we already began shipping out
the 1 st batch of Fat Freezer Face to many of our backers. The good news is since we
already have a finalized molding and tooling, we will be able to resume the
manufacturing process as soon as the factory workers are allowed to return to work.
We will continue to be in constant communication with our manufacturing partners and
suppliers – and will keep you all informed as information comes in.
We appreciate your continued support, patience and understanding. We look forward to
getting the Fat Freezer Face to you as soon as possible.

We have overcome some shipping delays from our manufacturer during the holidays but are now back on schedule to get all perks to you! Great News! We will begin MASS shipping next week all perks to you. We have finally overcome some manufacturing delays and have finished our first production of the Fat Freezer Face. We are so excited to get them to you. As mentioned in our earlier updates, we have made the Fat Freezer Face more ergonomically designed, easier to hold and even more targeted in the application to the face.
